Part Time Dental Assistant - Bath, New York

DOCS Health is seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant for a Facility in Steuben County. Candidates assist with on-site dental care in tandem with a Dentist, in a controlled, safe environment. This is an incredible opportunity to earn supplemental income, gain valuable experience in a public health setting, and make a difference in the health outcomes for individuals.

• Consistent Schedule, One Friday per month from 7:30am to 3:30pm
• Travel accommodations paid by DOCS
• Logistics arranged by DOCS
• Long-term supplemental income

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and breakdown of room.
• Sterilization of all equipment.
• Take/process x-rays.
• Assist in 4-handed dentistry.
• Work with portable/mobile equipment.

• Graduate of Dental Assistant Program or on the job training
• One (1) year or more dental assisting experience - preferred
• Active x-Ray Certification
• CPR/BLS
• Valid Driver License
• Reliable Transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
