Summary
Our Office Team is looking for someone to help with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Organizing Deals, Title Work etc. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Depending on experience etc. below are some of the responsibilities you may be asked to perform:- Reconcile bank accounts daily.
- Submit invoices and vouchers to office manager for payment approval.
- Review time cards and post payroll weekly.
- Generate accounts payable reports.
- Reconcile statements and ledger.
- Generate accounts payable aging reports, and submit projected cash requirements to office manager.
- Manage and document petty cash transactions.
- Respond to vendor questions.
- Analyze accounts, including vendor accounts, as needed.
- Verify freight charges.
- Process Title Work
- Generate daily time & job tickets weekly.
- Submit vehicle information on all new inventory to title clerk.
- Provide assistance to accounts receivable.
- Participate in monthly account closings.
- Prepare customer/finance company credit forms.
- Generate credit memos for damaged/returned merchandise or billing errors.
- Prepare various reports as requested.
- Update financial records.
In addition, you should:
- Possess basic math skills.
- Be capable of speaking with customers or employees; reading/understanding manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety regulations; and writing reports and other correspondence.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Be professional and courteous in attitude, wardrobe and grooming.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
