Rib Falls WI - PRN In Home Caregiver

Job Summary:

Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is currently seeking a compassionate and responsible PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in Rib Falls, WI. As a Part Time - hourly Healthcare / Medical job, this individual will play a vital role in providing quality in-home care to our clients. The In Home Caregiver will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks and personal care to promote the independence and well-being of our clients. This job is an individual contributor role, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in providing care.

Compensation & Benefits:

The PRN In Home Caregiver will receive a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $20, paid semimonthly. In addition to a supportive and inclusive work environment, Village Caregiving - Eau Claire also offers the opportunity for career growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care and support to clients in their homes, as outlined in each individual's care plan
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Monitor and report any changes in client's physical, mental, or emotional status
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid or willing to get these certifications 30 days from your hire date
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
