ANPI has an immediate opening for an Operations Supervisor. The role reports to the Operations Manager and will be instrumental in the safe and efficient production of quality nitrogen-based products.


The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ANPI plant. The position supervises crews responsible for the reliable production of nitrogen-based products. Successful candidates will possess communication, quality focused and strategic planning skills. The Operations Supervisor ensures the organizational success by managing the chemical production process, human and material resources. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and decision-making skills required. The Operations Supervisor is required to have or develop a complete knowledge of plant processes and equipment. The ability to lead and champion safety and environmental stewardship initiatives is essential.

Other responsibilities include the following,


Set priorities, monitoring progress, resolving production problems and reporting results

  • Analyzing and presenting production performance data
  • Identify ways to eliminate waste and improve efficiency throughout the plant
  • Participate in hiring, training and performance review of personnel
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel

High School Diploma. 5+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility preferred. Demonstrated leadership, effective organizational, time management and communication skills. Physical capability and willingness to work in an industrial team-based environment. The Operations Supervisor works a daily shift schedule of 3-on/3-off.
