Job Description

  • Ensures 100% completion of MFO supply requirements
  • Manages length Kanban requirements for MFO builds
  • Loading and unloading of material
  • Provides training for associates in operating industrial equipment (forklift, tugger, electric pallet jacks, and man-up vehicles)
  • Manages material to product lines on an hourly basis (or faster)
  • Manages the conversion of stock part numbers into consumable part numbers for WOs Work Orders)
  • Manages the workload for 3 shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
  • Manages the OTT tool for the AT and LT lines.
  • Corrects inventory discrepancies caused by inaccurate system data consumption of material.
  • Develops and gives feedback ideas for improvements to include assists with implementation
  • Maintains 5S system in work area
  • Manages all product flow using SAP and other documentation as necessary
  • Maintain, coordinate, and implement the applicable WIs (Work Instructions).

   

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent from an accredited school (ex. PA Department of Education, FL Department of Education, US Military).
  • Read and decipher written instructions, packing labels, purchase orders, numbers, etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple functions in an orderly, precise manner with little supervision.
  • Familiarity with Bosch Rexroth products.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Basic knowledge of personal computer.
  • Ability to learn and operate equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, hoist, crane, etc.).
  • Ability to operate pneumatic hand tools such as circular band saws, nail guns and staple guns.
  • Able to lift, carry and move up to approximately 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license to drive company vehicles.
