Job Summary:

Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual for the position of PRN In Home Care at our Coon Valley location in Wisconsin. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job with a competitive pay rate of $15 to $20 per hour. As an important member of our team, you will provide personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes on an as-needed basis. This is an individual contributor role that requires flexibility and a strong commitment to improving the lives of others.

Compensation & Benefits:

This job offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $15 to $20 per hour, paid semimonthly, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:

- Provide in-home care services to clients in Coon Valley, WI on an as-needed basis
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication and monitor clients' health status
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and household organization
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and lifting
