POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and exceptional architect for an Intermediate Architect role within the studio. You will collaborate with partners and a talented team of designers, artists and craftspeople.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with all aspects of the architectural design and delivery process
• Develop appropriate design solutions for projects through various phases(SD,DD,CD)
• Contribute to the detailed preparation of design and construction documents, incorporating 2D data, materials, drawings and documents in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D Modeling

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6 years of post-bachelors degree professional experience
• Professional architectural or design degree preferred
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling and graphic design software tools
• Proficient in rendering and presentation software applications
• Able to work independently on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design efforts
• Experience working with High-end residential and hospitality
