We are currently seeking to expand our team buy adding a Dock Coordinator to jour Saratoga Springs, NY manufacturing facility
Pay Rate: $28.50 / hour Shift differential paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

- Run shipping and receiving requirements daily
- Analyze bin transactions
- Coordinate warehouse actions
- Maintain office supplies
- Reconcile open orders and manage inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished goods
- Coordinate truck traffic & execute daily dock schedules for both inbound and outbound loads
- Create pick tickets and bills of lading in advance using load report/Nitro Pro templates
- Check trucks in/out of Dock Monitor
- Post orders in the SAP system
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and report inventory management failures
- Communicate with planning/transport/production front line and off-site warehouses as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse, dock office, and yard
- Ensure daily warehouse Key Performance Indicators are met
- Maintain “First Expired First Out”
- Able to perform truck loading/unloading and/or yard truck moves if and when required
- Maintain professional and positive interactions with carriers
- Maintain positive attitude, commitment, and dedication to success of the factory
- All other duties that may arise and be assigned
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years or more shipping & receiving experience
- Customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft applications including Excel and SAP, Visitrak, BCP experience
- Prior Forklift experience
- Yard Utility experience preferred but not required
- Organizational skills with the ability to continuously handle multiple tasks & people in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact effectively with the Leadership team
- Able to work flexible schedule to cover teammates when necessary
