Extended Access Technology Public Biometric Support

We are the customer technical support team servicing the EAT Public Biometric devices and solutions. We have a strong team of dedicated support technicians and engineers with years of dedicated industry knowledge in the biometric field. Our team culture values knowledge sharing and transparency as well as an emphasis customer advocacy.


As our Associate Customer Support Technician, you'll support HID's successby:

  • Gaining and maintaining knowledge of assigned customers' technical and business environment.
  • Documenting and verifying reported problems. Troubleshooting and resolving issues while utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation. Engaging in additional resources when necessary.
  • Providing effective and consistent communication to management, peers and account team in support of customer.
  • Taking ownership for front line service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Providing work support and guidance to less senior customer support technicians.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: None
  • This position will require nights and weekends.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Oracle applications.
  • Demonstrates ability to learn complex software tools quickly.

  • Ability to provide solutions to problems of minor scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
  • Ability to receive direction and coaching with positive acceptance and apply learned techniques with positive results.

YourExperienceand Education include:

  • AA Degree or equivalent 3 years related experience.
  • Understanding of PCs, Networks, OS platforms, databases, software applications.
