Job Description
Natural Retreats is hiring a AP/AR Clerk to join our Finance team! The AP/AR Accounting Clerk will carry out the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure deadlines are met weekly and monthly. The AP/AR Accounting Clerk is responsible for all vendor relations and accounts payable transaction processing and all HOA dues invoicing and accounts receivables.
This is a full-time position that requires 2 days of in-office work in the Park City office each week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage accounts payable function which includes: vendor relations, vendor setup, invoice processing, vendor payments, and 1099's.
Manage accounts receivable function which includes, customer relations, customer setup, HOA member dues payment receipt, invoicing and collection.
Manage month end process and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure the aged accounts payable listing is well maintained, payments are allocated, and credit memos are correctly offset or reimbursed.
Ensure the aged receivables listing is well maintained, payment receipts are allocated, and AR delinquencies pursued.
Accurately maintain all vendor and customer files
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years' experience processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and procedures
Proficiency with computerized accounting systems, preferably QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. The core business hours for this position are 9 AM - 6 PM MT, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, project work or other responsibilities may require the Team Member to work outside of this schedule; therefore, the Team Member will be expected to be flexible.
