Patient Service Representative

Our Marble Falls medical office is in need of a Patient Service Representative (PSR). Our team is made up of individuals that work together to make sure each patient receives proper care and attention. Patient Service Representatives are responsible for administrative tasks such as:

• Check In and Check Out
• Balancing Daily Receipts
• Scheduling patients for outpatient procedures at our Endoscopy Centers
• Explaining the preparation for these procedures
• Determining patient costs and collecting payments
• Obtaining and processing referrals and authorizations

Qualified individuals must have previous administrative experience in a medical environment and knowledge of how medical insurance works. Proficiency with computers and EMR software are preferred as well.

This position is a part-time role (20 hours per week), with 16 hours of remote work per week and 4 hours of clinical work every Wednesday afternoon at our Marble Falls clinic. If you are interested in this role, please apply through this website.
