HVAC Lead Installation Technician or Service Technician

Advanced Air Systems is seeking to hire a full-time HVAC Lead Installation Technician or Service Technician to join our Show Low, AZ team. Are you prepared to support our growing commercial installation division by scheduling and dispatching crews as well as ordering equipment and materials? Can you maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits and request change orders as needed to maintain the profitability of jobs? This position earns a competitive $15 - $30 an hour, depending on skills.

HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN OR SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience as an Installation and service technician
• Working knowledge of industry safety and compliance practices
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to be a leader
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position
