Home Care Marketing Manager - Multiple Locations in Mississippi

Join A First Name Basis Home Care: A leading provider of 24/7 personal care for seniors and developmentally disabled individuals across Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. With over 13 years of dedicated service, we are expanding our professional team to include a Home Care Marketing Manager in four key Mississippi locations: Vicksburg, Jackson, Natchez, and Columbus. This role is pivotal in implementing our marketing strategies and enhancing our presence in these communities by building strong relationships with Planning and Development Districts across Mississippi.

Essential Duties:

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute agency-wide marketing plans
• Serve as a key liaison between A First Name Basis Home Care and referral sources, including Planning and Development Districts in Mississippi
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with referral sources, Care Managers, and payer groups
• Engage in new business development, including contractual arrangements and partnerships
• Utilize creative marketing techniques to stay competitive and meet community needs effectively
• Adhere to all legal and policy requirements, including compliance and HIPAA regulations
• Focus on increasing service referrals and demonstrating commitment to our values and mission

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in home care
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain service-oriented relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities

Work Schedule: This full-time position typically operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, providing the stability you desire in your career.
