Grain System Operator

Earn between $18.50 - $23.00 per hour, plus enjoy a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

As a full-time Grain System Operator, your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We value dedication, and during the peak season, be prepared for extended hours, including weekends. Your commitment fuels our success!

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position such as bending, kneeling, prolonged periods of standing, and working in confined spaces, elevated heights, and in a variety of weather conditions
• A valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS GRAIN SYSTEM OPERATOR

You'll seamlessly perform the operational functions of grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading. Your day will involve maintaining and cleaning grain facilities and equipment, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency. During busy seasons, you'll also assist with providing essential support to the agronomy department. Your presence is not just about tasks; it's about contributing to a thriving agricultural community, exhibiting professionalism, and maintaining a positive attitude!
