Job Description


The Project Engineer will work directly with the Project Management team to ensure an efficient flow of communication. Duties will include:

- Coordinating with owners, architects, inspectors, engineers, internal team members, and subcontractors throughout duration of projects.

- Clarifying design issues and reviewing RFIs

- Process submittals and update submittal log

- Assist with meeting minutes for on-site and owner meetings

- Maintain most up to date project documentation and communicate changes to appropriate parties

- Assist with preparation of change orders

- Track project progress and budget, providing regular updates to Project Managers

- Obtain required project permitting and assist with other pre-construction items

- Prepare and submit project close out documents

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Relevant industry experience also considered.

Possibility to be hired on full-time following the completion of the contract.
