Project Clerical Administrator | $25/hr | Temp-Perm | FT, 8a-4p | Onsite, Cape May Courthouse, NJ

Position Summary:
Expanding company has an outstanding opportunity for a Project Clerical Administrator. This growing team is looking for the right candidate to join them and provide daily administrative duties for commercial projects.

A day in the life of a Project Clerical Administrator:
  • Gathers all invoices, labor logs, consumable usage, equipment usage, subcontract invoices, and miscellaneous expenses and compiles all financial information for the project
  • Reviews paperwork for accuracy and completeness then scans and organizes all paperwork
  • Inputs data and project documentation into the Time and Material software
  • Collects, inspects, validates, compiles, and reports all project information daily to the Project Coordinator
  • Audits all documentation to ensure the final invoice is correct and accurate for submission to the Project Coordinator and Project Manager before the final invoice is submitted to the appropriate parties for payment

  • Demonstrated ability to work with other people
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
  • Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Detailed oriented with an emphasis on proper data entry and format of labor logs
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office work environment while remaining calm and upbeat
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
