YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

In this role, you will have the incredible opportunity to establish trust and rapport with program participants. Picture yourself being the friendly face that participants can count on, creating a welcoming environment where they feel comfortable sharing their needs, strengths, and aspirations. Through comprehensive intakes, you will be their guide in understanding and exploring their interests, capabilities, and experiences, uncovering the perfect path toward employment success.

As a partner in their journey, you will jointly develop a Family Contract Amendment (FCA) with participants, which will outline their short-term and long-term employment goals, tailored to their unique set of skills, interests, and preferences. You will also perform regular check-ins with participants on your caseload. You will also collaborate with external providers to ensure participants have access to the services and support they need.

• Bachelor's degree or higher education OR equivalent experience
• Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service
