Production Worker 2

Lunds & Byerlys Lake Mills is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Production Worker II to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $22.00/hr.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 8:30am-4:30pm.

PRODUCTION WORKER II RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Production Worker II's are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Preparing and packaging a wide range of chef-crafted recipes
• Ensuring productive workflow
• Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
• Creating a welcoming and safe environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Prior food manufacturing experience preferred
• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to interpret and follow recipes and procedures
  • Knowledge of culinary practices and terminology preferred
