Job Details:
This is a position for licensed insurance professionals (If you are not currently holding a license you will need to be able to obtain your Life and Health producer license prior to starting this position). Our team protects families from financial hardship through life insurance solutions including; mortgage protection, disability, retirement protection, term life, and more. This position is Commission Only. No high-pressure sales tactics are needed or allowed!
What you can expect from this position:
· Commission only
· 1099 contracted

· Ability to invest in warm, high intent leads

· No re-inventing the wheel. All scripts and systems are provided
· Ability to earn 5% contract promotions every one- two months, production bonuses, multiple all-inclusive paid vacations based upon performance
· Option for agency ownership achieved through production and team building
· Optional Advanced Market concepts certification and “earn as you learn” rev share for advanced market solutions (retirement, debt solutions, college savings options, etc)
Responsibilities:
Our corporate office generates exclusive, qualified leads who have expressed interest in our products and services. It will be your responsibility to invest in the proper amount of leads from the sources provided or obtain the proper amount of leads/contacts through your own sources. The proper amount required is determined by what you need to meet your personal goals. We will help you determine this based on your goals once you’ve joined the team. You will then convert them into clients through the following:
· Call leads
· Schedule appointments (either through Zoom meetings, phone calls, or in-person meetings - entirely up to you)
· Walk families through the coverage options
· Help families submit applications for coverage
· Follow up on policy requirements
· Life and Health Insurance license
· Applicants must be coachable and willing to follow our proven sales system
· Ideal candidates will be self-disciplined with scheduling and accomplishing tasks and goals
· Moderate to High degree of computer proficiency
· Must be willing to attend daily/weekly zoom training and team meetings, annual in-person conferences and/or regional meetings for personal and professional development training
