COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER
SYRACUSE, NY
Fusco Personnel is currently searching for a Commercial PM in Syracuse, NY. Our client offers a generous benefits package. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity.
The successful candidate will have experience managing commercial construction projects and project teams through all phases of construction in an industrial setting (Aviation industry experience a STRONG PLUS).
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver a quality project to the owner(s) on time while ensuring maximum efficiency, effectiveness and profitability for the company.
- Negotiate and purchase all subcontract and trade disciplines required to construct the projects.
- Write Scope of Work for each trade
- Review construction documents for complete understanding of the projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years construction project management experience.
- Full and comprehensive knowledge of all construction disciplines.
- Proven experience in areas of estimating, drawing review, coordination, scheduling, contract administration.
- Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint & Teams
Salary Range
- $100,000-$150,000+/- (Based on experience)
