Job Description
Order Picker / Reach Truck Operator
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Edgerton, OH within the Brass Connector industry.
Order Picker / Reach truck Job Summary:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
    • $17.15/hr increases to $17.65 within 90 days
  • Split Shift: 10:00am - 6:30am
    • $18.15/hr includes $1.00/hr shift premium. Increases within 90 days.
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
    • $19.15/hr includes $2.00/hr shift premium. Increases within 90 days.
  • Overtime may be mandated plus Saturday.
  • Operate hand-lifts, order-pickers and reach trucks, to move products throughout shop.
  • Use Reach Truck to pull product out of location and take to allocation or production. area
  • Perform cycle-counting.
Order Pick / Reach truck Qualifications:
  • Diploma/GED required.
  • Must not have a fear of height.
  • Standing, stooping, twisting, climbing stairs, walking,
  • Lifting 40#, hand, finger dexterity, can get warm.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Must be computer literate, able to operate reach truck.
  • Forklift truck certification not required - will train.
