Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The salary range for this position is $48,596.66 to $79,175.95 per year based on experience.

This position will coordinate services and team members at our youth drop-in center and multiple members sites.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates, implements services and activities for the Hive and Hocking/Vinton Peer Houses.
  • Facilitates programming for participants both onsite and in the community in response to emerging needs of members and the community.
  • Foster and maintains partnerships with other community agencies and organizations.
  • Manages and organizes office operations and acts as the point of contact for internal and external business support functions.
  • Tracks participant demographics and other relevant data
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of staff through various methods including but not limited to team meetings and regular communications.
  • Reviews management reports and case records and assigns caseload to team members.
  • Evaluates performance of staff members and recommends appropriate action to the manager.
  • Participate in the review and selection of new staff, including but not limited to completion of position requisitions, applicant reviews, and interviews.
  • Responsible for implementation and oversight of organizational policies, procedures and/or processes.
  • Trains new employees in areas such as organizational policy, procedures, and organizational or governmental regulations.
  • Researches and applies for relevant funding opportunities and completes required reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manages budgets and spending for designated sites.
  • Represents ISBH Community Engagement programs at relevant community events, taskforce meetings and coalitions.
  • May directly provide home and community behavioral health services that are practical, helpful and collaborative.
  • Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
  • Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
  • Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, or another related field preferred.
  • LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT preferred.
  • Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Individuals familiar with the use of motivational interviewing and trauma informed practices preferred.
  • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
  • Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
  • Experience with multi-need people and families.
  • Able to communicate well through verbal/written expression.
  • Effectively operates in an Internet-based, electronic health record (EHR), HMIS and other data environments.
  • Ability to work well with a diverse population.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of peer center / youth development models.
  • Ability to occasionally lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
