Role
As a Powder Coat Painter (also known as Coating Specialist, Paint Technician), you'll perform electrostatic powder coating of products, ensure consistent quality, manage coating equipment, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals. You'll also have the opportunity to cross-train in various departments across the production floor.

- Consistent schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00am until 4:30pm.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years of Powder Coating experience preferred.
- Comfortability in working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good knowledge of the mechanics and repair of painting equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis and stand for up to 10 hours.
