Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
Are you a passionate and dedicated BCBA looking for an exciting opportunity in Walton County, Florida? Look no further! We are currently seeking experienced BCBAs to join our team in the vibrant city of Dunfinak Springs.
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Defuniak Springs, FL (Clinic or In-Home)
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Design, supervise, and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals for each client.
- Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a clinic or home setting.
