About the Job:

You can count on working independently and troubleshooting everything from appliance and heating problems to performing Quarterly inspections. Your problem-solving skills will be tested on a regular basis with plumbing, lighting, and just about any in home repair you can imagine. We fix the problem but we also take great care of our guests and owners with making sure they are happy with the outcome. This is a fast-paced position that requires problem solving and prioritizing your work.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance
• Reliable vehicle
• Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Proven ability to function well in a team environment and support the goals of other departments and coworkers.
• A basic selection of hand tools to address home related repairs
• At least one year prior experience in the construction, home repair, appliance repair or related skilled trades.
• Ability to use e-mail and track daily tasks in detail
• This is a full-time position with benefits, vacation, insurance, 401 K, phone allowance, fuel reimbursement for job related mileage (or use of a company vehicle)
• Ability to interact with guests, owners and coworkers in a friendly and positive manner and demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

Compensation & Status:

• Starting Pay Rate is $28 / hour
• Full-time
