Quality Service Company is looking for a hard working, reliable individual to manage internal Facilities Maintenance! Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 - 6:00 pm - Monday through Friday. Some overtime as needed.

Pay: $20.00 and up - Depending on Experience

Job Duties:

• Performs maintenance services using proper equipment and supplies, and follows procedures for safe use and operation.
• Able to perform basic facility repair tasks such as, door hardware, light fixtures, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Verify general landscaping maintenance.
• Verify work performed by subcontractors.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months previous work experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
• Ability to work fast and efficiently
• Detail oriented and able to follow directions well
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to reach, kneel, walk, stand and use repetitive motions for several hours at a time
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
