Dough and Cheese Prep Cook Job Duties and Expectations

You'll be measuring, mixing, kneading, weighing, and preparing dough, as well as shredding and preparing cheese. There will be other miscellaneous items to prep, but for the most part, it's dough and cheese! You'll also have to keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked. It's busy work, and it can be repetitive. But you'll have a fantastic team, and they make the job feel fun and engaging!

Dough and Cheese Prep Cook Job Requirements

• Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs.
• Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
• Must be 18+ to apply.

Dough and Cheese Prep Cook Scheduling

This position will have you in bright and early. Available shifts are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Some days there is less to do, so you'll leave early (typically Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays). Some days run the full day (typically Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.

Schedules at State (100 State St) are posted for 1 month at a time.
