What you will be doing:

• Take charge of several multi-million dollar roadway projects for the California and Nevada transportation departments.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Ensure compliance with federal and governmental regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.

• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.

• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.

• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.

• Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management required. PE designation is preferred but not required. 

• Proven experience managing large-scale roadway projects, preferably in the federal or governmental sector.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
