Warehouse Helper wanted in Southwest Austin by Bee Cave Rd and Barton Creek Blvd

7am-4pm
$18/hr.
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a keen interest in learning about testing landfill materials.
 
Responsibilities:
- Attend work consistently and punctually, as attendance is critical to the role.
- Perform laboratory testing on landfill materials according to established procedures and protocols.
- Utilize various laboratory equipment and instruments to analyze samples of landfill materials.
- Record and interpret data accurately, ensuring precise results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
 
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a laboratory setting is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive kneeling tasks for the sample material rolls that are 10 to 12 feet long.
- Comfortable working on the ground and standing for extended periods during shifts.
- Possess reliable transportation for daily commute to and from work.
- Must have steel-toed shoes, long work pants, and a sleeved shirt for safety purposes.
