Job Description:

The Landscape Laborer will play a key role in the upkeep and beautification of our commercial properties. The work includes tasks such as trimming shrubs, performing irrigation diagnosis and repair, and lifting and installing materials like river rock, mulch, and sod. Responsibilities:

• Trimming shrubs as per given instructions and maintaining their health and aesthetics
• Diagnosing irrigation system issues and performing necessary repairs
• Lifting and installing landscaping materials such as river rock, mulch, and sod
• Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhering to safety procedures and company policies
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
• Operating heavy equipment such as skid steers and mini skid steers

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is a plus
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and their functionality
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently (skid steers, mini skid steers and excavators)
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy landscaping materials
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• OSHA 10 Minimum

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

License/Certification:
