Porter

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, contributing to a positive living experience for our residents. As a Porter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to uphold the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.

Responsibilities:

• Keep all common areas, hallways, and entryways clean and free of debris.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean common areas on a regular basis.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as directed, including painting, light bulb replacement, and minor repairs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide assistance to residents and visitors as needed, including helping with packages and providing directions.
