Scope of the Role: As a Project Manager, you will have the chance to lead multiple projects, contributing to our team's success. Initially, you will oversee 2-3 projects with the guidance and support of our VP & Project Manager, with opportunities for further development and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project lifecycles, from client interaction to project completion.
- Gather client specifications and provide accurate estimates and quotes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Read and interpret architectural/structural drawings effectively.
- Conduct onsite visits to meet with clients and oversee project progress.
- Maintain project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the project.
Qualifications: Must Have:
- 1-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Proficiency in reading architectural/structural drawings.
- Strong communication skills and comfortability facing customers.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing construction projects or similar.
- Experience managing project budgets and quoting/estimating.
- Familiarity with general contractors and working in a small shop environment.
