Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Clinical Metrics & Quality Measures Manager to become a part of our team! You will manage, monitor and analyze clinical outcomes/measures resulting in system-wide action plans for a network of community health centers.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, measure, and report Quality Improvement (QI) and performance priorities.
- Evaluate and leverage third party payors to ensure regular update of clinical measure.
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs to meet clinical measures
- Serve as principal data steward for the clinical staff in terms of clinical measures and metrics.
- Understanding the insurance marketplace to identify emerging trends and risk adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in relevant field
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Specific experience with CMS and other major insurances clinical measures and quality standards
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
