I"M PRE-HIRING AND TRAINING FOR A NEW STORE OPENING IN MAY @ 9937 Blue Mound Rd #140, Fort Worth TX.
Training will be conducted at my current location @ 5005 S Cooper #171, Arlington TX.
Looking for a weekday opener 7AM-3PM
Looking for 2 additional people to be key employees....this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a store opening and advance with me.
I'm looking for a responsible person, with big personality, and lots of potential to help us grow.
Shift leads possess strong leadership qualities and are capable of running store operations. Additionally, shift leads have a proven track record of operational consistency and customer focus.
Shift leads must exemplify all the expectations and job description items listed for crew members plus the following responsibilities:
- Running Shifts
- Prep / Identification of Needs
- Training Role
- Cash Control

Requirements & Skills
- Restaurant Supervisory Experience
- Strong interpersonal relations, communication and organizational skills, leadership, dependability, maturity
- Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to work some nights and weekends (Flexible Schedule)
- Professional Appearance
- Ability to work 4 hours straight, on your feet, without a break
- Ability to frequently lift 10-15 pounds'
- Manager Serv Safe Certification
