Job Description**
Role Description:*
As a company team member, you will be responsible for safely delivering assigned loads while maintaining a professional image, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales efforts.
*Key Accountabilities:*

* Operate various types of delivery trucks, trailers and other equipment as required, focusing on safety.
* Provide a customer-focused experience to all deliveries.
* Identify customer needs and challenges and find a resolution. Advise supervisor of all resolutions.
* Develop and maintain a professional relationship with customers both externally and internally.
* Maintain high company standards for self and equipment.
* Work in tandem with the supervisor to arrange routine equipment maintenance and repair
* Perform minor maintenance functions as required.
* Prepare cargo documents and other paperwork completely, accurately, and legibly to ensure product quality.
* Ensure proper PPE and equipment are readily available for shipments.
Adhere to company rules and regulations.

*Qualifications**
Requirements:*

* Must pass an MVR Background Check and have maintained a clean driving record with no moving violations for at least the past two years.
* Knowledge of DOT regulations (CFR 49).
* Current Class A CDL with hazardous material, tanker, doubles, and triples endorsement.
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in bulk tanker transit.
* High School diploma or GED.
* Strong communication skills.
Basic technical skills.
