The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. JOB SUMMARY

Provides leadership in the development of solutions and go-to-market strategies to support Manufacturers Bank's commercial banking, with emphasis on verticals such as Homeowners Associations and Quick Service Restaurants. As a member of the Marketing, Product and Cash Management Services (MPAC) team, the product manager is accountable for developing strategies and recommending new product features and services for the purpose of growing customer adoption/use of product and services. Performs role of product advocate on cross-functional teams, presents new product proposals and/or enhancements that support achievement of revenue and profit objectives as well as contribute to the bank's growth strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Be a leader and a change agent: identify opportunities, develop solutions and go-to-market strategies, lead changes.
* Champion product line by clearly articulating product positioning, key benefits, and value proposition. This includes developing and maintaining the assigned product line roadmap, delivering product requirements and bringing new products and services to launch.
* Responsible for creating the strategic direction for the product line to ensure competitive, compliant, marketable, and profitable products are available for target customer segments.
* Evaluate and enhance actively sold and serviced products, identify opportunities for revenue enhancements, tracking profitability and managing changes to assigned products.
* Evaluate the impact of regulatory changes, risk assessments, incorporating Bank initiatives, and customer needs analysis on new and/or enhanced products and services.
* Responsible for leading cross-functional project teams in the creation and launch of new products and enhancements based on market needs, including partnering with Legal, Compliance, IT, Operations, Marketing and other stakeholders to create and execute effective product launches, promotions and campaigns. This includes developing project plans, presentations, development of training material, communications and other information related to product launch.
* Partner with Operations and segment leaders to develop/maintain policies and procedures, document workflows to onboard clients and users.
* Create product collaterals, website content, sales materials to support the line and clients.
* Develop product promotions to acquire clients, deepen client relationships and bank the entire client relationship.
* Partner with other product managers to create offers to acquire the client relationship, including credit and cash management services.
* Partner with Marketing and the segment leaders to coordinate industry conferences, ensure the necessary product collaterals, banners are available.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

10+ years in product management and banking experience combined with emphasis on Cash Management products and services. Receivables experience is preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance. MBA preferred.
* Extensive ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. This includes demonstrated project leadership of product development teams, comprised of cross-functional experts, marketing colleagues and vendors.
* Extensive written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and project management skills. Ability to train and present to small and large audiences.
* Ability to present findings and recommendations to the most senior levels of the organization.
* Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company and with vendor partners to achieve positive customers experience and timely problem resolution.
* Ability to build relationships with clients and effectively identify client challenges and requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to articulate strategic concepts and lay out a strategic course of action.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver product growth.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with detail.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
