Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:

Scope of Work

The scope of this temporary assignment is limited to the wireline and wireless telecom space for Sonic Healthcare USA. 

Duration of assignment: One-year

Location: This position can be REMOTE.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile the telecom inventory through new orders - Moves, Adds, Changes and Disconnects (MACD’s) and invoice database uploads (some data entry required)
  • Invoice review and approvals
  • Help streamline and consolidate billing accounts with carriers
  • Work in collaboration with the Divisions Teams to include Telecom, Networking System, IT, Finance and Operations on a daily basis
  • Gather large volumes of data for audit, research and analysis
  • Monthly reporting of telecom usage, charges and billing disputes
  • Detailed daily tracking of MACD updates in TEMS software tool 
  • Engage with the telecom vendors on new orders, escalating service troubles and billing concerns
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the TEMS software tool
  • Lead or assist projects as needed

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Experienced TEMS Analyst working with an IT or telecom company in a similar role required.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple complex tasks and able to work with several groups at once.
  • Skilled data analyst - data gathering, organizing, analyzing and sharing findings
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication qualities
  • Strong problem solving and follow through skills
  • Moderate understanding of database administration is a plus
  • Project Management experience helpful
  • Microsoft Office competency and proficiency in Excel a must
