About this job
Assemble employee files with all needed documentation and ensure background checks, urine drug screens, references, applications, TB skin tests and more are completed on each new hire and annually as needed.
Educate all staff on required quarterly, annual and PRN training materials
Complete infection control required duties
Supports and promotes policies and practices consistent with the mission, philosophy, and standards of the nursing department.
Identifies educational needs and assists employees with completing to assure competency.
Coordinates annual skills testing and check offs
All other duties as assigned by DON
