About the Role

As a Summer Camp Counselor at Heritage Oak, you will play a crucial role in providing a memorable and enriching summer experience for our students. You will be responsible for leading and facilitating educational and recreational activities that align with our school's values and curriculum.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading various camp activities that are fun, educational, and engaging
  • Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all campers
  • Collaborating with other staff to plan and implement daily schedules and special events
  • Promoting the values of respect, cooperation, and creativity among campers

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
  • Certifications in CPR and First Aid preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children and fostering a positive learning environment
