Job Summary

Responsible for the performance of timely, accurate, quality clinical laboratory results utilizing all available human and material resources within the laboratory.

 Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university or an Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to perform moderate complexity lab testing per CLIA ’88 regulations.  

Certification, Licensure and/or Registration

• ASCP preferred.
• Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 90 days of employment and every three years thereafter.

Work Schedule

• Days: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm; Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (open to other days) 
• Every 6th Saturday from 8am to Noon or 2pm.  
• Part Time; 56 hours per 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $21.00 - $30.25 per hour
