Parts Specialist

Job Title: Parts Specialist 

Location: Arnold, MO. 

Salary: $1000+ weekly pay

A Parts Specialist performs ordering and sales of parts. Their duties also include identifying parts and equipment, searching for parts, shipping and receiving parts, providing customer service and advice, and maintain records.

Qualifications:

• Providing customer service by discussing products and services required for repairs
• Providing Service Technicians with parts as required
• Conducting a parts search to determine availability of parts
• Obtaining parts by pulling them from stock or ordering them from suppliers
• Performing shipping and receiving operations related to parts
• Controlling inventory and maintaining stock
• Functioning as a salesperson and information source for customers
• Critical thinking skills are used to determine alternate solutions or approaches to fulfilling the customer’s needs
• The ideal candidate is dynamic, energetic, and has excellent communication skills, strong customer service and organizational skills
