An Adjunct Faculty Physician is needed at a primary care practice in Myrtle Creek, Oregon.

Located on the South Umpqua, the primary care clinic we are recruiting for is a well-established community-based health organization that also has a residency program. They also have locations in Roseburg and Glide. They pride themselves on their culture of provider and patient satisfaction, compassion, and collaboration.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: Base is $281,579
• wRVU bonus model in addition to base salary
• Sign On Bonus: $25,000
• Student Loan Forgiveness: $100,000
• Health Insurance: 100% Paid by Employer (including co-pays) for provider and their family
• Relocation Assistance - Yes, amount determined case by case
• 457f Plan ($5000 per year)
• Paid Time Off: 30 Days
• Paid Holidays: 7

• FTCA Malpractice insurance coverage
• Restrictive Covenant (Non-Compete): None
• CME: $3500 and 40 hours each year

• Cell Phone Stipend ($1,020 annually)
• Flexible Scheduling: Provider can work 4x10s or 5x8s
• No weekends, nights or holidays

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in primary care or family medicine.
• 18 – 21 patients per day, with the exception of 1 day a week participating in the residency program (precepting and admin).
  • 4 day work week: 3 days will be clinical and 1 precepting
  • 5 day work week: 4 days will be clinical and 1 precepting
• Monday – Friday daytime clinic hours.
• 1 weekend out of 8 weeks provider will take call over the phone. The call is very limited.
• Clear and active MD or DO license in Oregon.
