Brief Position Overview

We are seeking a hard working Warehouse Technician to join our team in Plymouth, UT. Your role will be to perform labor under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager for our growing Industrial Construction Company.

Primary Duties

  • Climb up and down ladders, machinery, and other objects.
  • Maintain balance in all situations.
  • Push, pull and frequently carry objects such as tools, materials and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
  • Stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Coordinate movement of eyes, hands, fingers, and feet.
  • Work at different heights.
  • See and hear well with or without correction. To avoid safety hazards to themselves and others.
  • Distinguish colors.
  • Utilize depth perception.
  • Do paperwork associated with the job and timecard.
  • Operate a Fork Lift (training provided).

Requirements

  • Physical ability to perform above tasks over extended periods.
  • Transportation and personal accountability to arrive at work on time and ready to work on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written.
  • Awareness and Common Sense to keep yourself and your workmates safe.
  • Ability to keep your workplace organized and tidy and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Willingness to work hard and learn.
  • A desire to do things well.
  • Strong focus on safe work practices and performance.
  • Strong ability to work well and interact with others throughout the organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently and with minimal direction.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing as well as pre-employment physical and background check.

Preferred but not Required Qualifications

  • Prior education through a high school or trade welding program.
  • Up to one-year prior labor experience in a shop environment (Industrial industry).
  • Basic ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
