Full Time
Pay $29-$34 per hour
Branch: LEAD Southeast National
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Licensed Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Commercial new install with some service calls mixed in. 95-5 ratio. They need to be able to meet at the HQ and then will ride out to jobsites or service calls in the DFW area. Valid TX Journeyman License required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning parts
- Follow building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Provide excellent customer service and address clients' concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Keep up-to-date with plumbing industry advancements and techniques
- Train and mentor apprentices when needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid journeyman plumber license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed journeyman plumber
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
- Availability to work weekends and after-hours when necessary
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training is a plus
