Allied Instructional Services is a Virginia-based company that is led by therapists and educators. We offer a unique partnership with school divisions to provide effective and evidence-based speech and language therapy services to the students we serve.

At AIS, we are committed to the success of our contract therapists and the students they serve:

We also offer paid office hours for documentation, material preparation, and communication with parents and other educators if needed after the regular school day.
  • Therapists are individually matched and paired based upon their unique skill sets and the speech and language needs of the divisions they serve.
  • We are dedicated to the success of our providers and provide exceptional support in a culture of innovation with access to resources, professional development opportunities, networking, and ongoing mentorship via on-site visits, and direct contact with experienced Speech Language Service Coordinators
  • SLPs participate as a member of a highly skilled team of therapists and educators in the fields of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Teachers of the Deaf and Hearing Impaired, Vision, Orientation and Mobility and Psychology.
  • Our SLPs have access to a range of materials as well as support from a Services Coordinator who can help guide you through district policies/procedures and support your success.
  • Full-time and Part-Time options are available. You have the ability to set your preferred schedule and determine the hours that you work each week.
  • Hybrid and remote options also available
