Position Title: Construction Products Sales Manager (Manufacturer's Rep)
Location: Remote - Virginia, Maryland - 5-8 Travel to customers monthly
Salary: $150-200K + OTE. Base $40k ($60k guarantee for the 1st year) 1.5% on existing business, 2.5 % on new business every 12 months.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in broadening our client base and boosting revenue. Your responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing new business prospects by actively engaging with homeowners in the Mid-Atlantic and surrounding areas. Your main objective will be to promote our construction material business, educate potential clients, and close sales deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Utilize effective communication to generate leads.
- Utilize marketing materials and product knowledge to pique interest and build awareness.
Customer Engagement:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and concerns.
- Establish rapport and credibility with homeowners through professional and respectful interactions.
Sales Presentations:
- Deliver comprehensive and compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Highlight the advantages of our roofing solutions while addressing customer inquiries and objections.
- Provide accurate and transparent pricing information.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare detailed proposals tailored to customer preferences and requirements.
- Clearly explain contract terms and secure signed agreements.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project transitions from sales to execution.
Sales Reporting and Goal Achievement:
- Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
- Meet or surpass sales targets.
