What will I do?· Provide exceptional customer service, fostering satisfaction, loyalty, and strong relationships.· Maintain in-depth knowledge of LimeBank's policies, products, and services to offer informed assistance.· Ensure accuracy and security when processing transactions and managing account documentation.· Consult with customers, identify cross-selling opportunities, and make referrals to other bank services.· Resolve customer concerns professionally and tactfully, upholding LimeBank's reputation.· Foster teamwork and professionalism within the office while supporting efficient daily operations.· Maintain confidentiality and uphold security standards for customer and bank-related information.· Represent LimeBank ethically and professionally, supporting community banking initiatives.· Collaborate with other departments within the bank to resolve complex customer issues or streamline processes.· Generate reports and provide feedback on customer trends and needs to inform business strategies.
Position requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • Prior experience in retail customer service is preferred.
  • Prior experience with cash handling and balancing is preferred.
