Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements; BLS, Experience as Surgical Scrub.
· Types of diagnoses and patients cared for in unit; Complex cardiovascular conditions: CABG, Dissections, Cardiogenic Shock, Heart & Lung Transplants, Valve Replacements, Ventricular Assist Device Insertions, Complex TAVR; Artificial Heart Transplantation; Device/Assessment management: ECMO, Impella, Balloon pump, Vasopressor management & titration, Rapid Transfusion, Open chest defibrillation.
· Description of interview process; Onsite interview with leadership (initial virtual for out of town option), opportunity to shadow; closed department/CVOR Board Runner/Service Line Coordinators for daily operational oversight.
