Shop Mechanic/Manager

We are a Farm/Ranch operation.  Looking for a shop Foreman that can mange 2-4 employees, organize projects, complete needed repairs on trucks, tractors, farm implements, manage a regular mantainance program for all machines, source parts for needed repairs, and manage shop inventories.  Applicants can expect new and challenging problems to solve, along with the freedom of thought as to how to complete task in new better ways.  We are an organization are open to new and creative ideas that can make our operation better.  In the spring and fall hours can be long but very rewarding as we reap what we sow.  We are a progessive organization that purse new opportunities, as these come along opportunities to advance are there for the taking.  We need someone enjoys work and takes pride in their work.  Someone that can be counted one in a pinch and be pleasant doing it.  The position is salary at $80,000/year.  An average work week is 50 hours.  Winter months is less hours and spring/fall more hours, summer average hours.
