Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals in need, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and assist with behavior management techniques for individuals with autism or other behavioral challenges.
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Assist with social work activities, such as coordinating appointments and advocating for individuals' needs.
- Perform first aid and respond to emergencies as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and first aid techniques.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies for individuals with autism or other behavioral challenges.
- Ability to prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Note: This position does not require a nursing degree or certification.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
